On June 18th, 2008 at 10:01pm my sister gave birth to Jayden Jeffrey Vasquez. He weighed 7 pounds 1 ounce and was 20.5 inches long. Currently he enjoys sleeping and looking grumpy (because the outside world is kinda bright).

For my birthday this year Lindsay took me to the geekiest place on the east coast, the New York City Comic Book Convention. It was a stellar time!

I know I’m putting these photos up late, but it’s been pretty wild around here lately. Since we’ve been back from our honeymoon we had the holidays, the flood, buying a house, fixing the new house we’ve bought (more on that at a later time), school, and trying to pack up all of our possessions in time for the move. I had a day off to wait for an insurance agent to assess the damage here at our apartment, so I figured it was the perfect time to put these images up on the interweb.
We’ve been sleeping in our living room for the past week now, and it looks like we’ll remain sleeping in here until we move out of this place. Oh well, them’s the breaks I guess.
